TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRICES. Prices in this list cancel all previous quotations and are subject to change without no- tice.

RATES. Except in a few instances, prices are shown for 1 to 9, 10 to 49 and 50 to 499. For larger quantities special discounts will be named on request.

TERMS. We are glad to extend usual credit to firms of known responsibility. Satisfactory refer- ences required from others. C. O. D. orders must be accompanied by 25% cash.

GUARANTEE. If any nursery stock, ete., proves untrue to description under which it is sold, seller shall be liable to purchaser only and to no greater extent or amount than the purchase price of such nursery stock, etc., and the seller, except for the aforesaid agreed liability and in respect to such purchased nursery stock, etc., gives no warranty expressed or implied as to descrip- tion, quality, productiveness or any other matter.

LIABILITY. We book all orders with the dis- tinct understanding that we shall not be liable for injury to stock from frost, hail, fire, or other causes beyond our control. We are not liable for delays in transit; our responsibility ceases upon delivery to transportation company.

CLAIMS. No claim for rejections or deficien- cies will be entertained unless made within ten days after arrival of goods.

This price list is for Nurserymen only, and it is hereby mutually understood and agreed be- tween our customers and ourselves that any or- ders given us are to be governed by the terms and conditions herein expressed, unless otherwise spe- cially agreed.
